1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Listflow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our service.

2. Data Controller and Contact

For GDPR purposes, the data controller is Listflow. For privacy and data-rights requests, contact: leinonen.elias@gmail.com.

3. Privacy, cookies, and product analytics

How we collect and use personal data—including product analytics (we use PostHog on our website, web app, mobile app, and servers), cookies, and where enabled session replay on the web—is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using Listflow you acknowledge that we process data as described there.

If you do not agree with those policies, you must not use the service.

4. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Listflow browser extension and web dashboard for managing your multi-channel e-commerce business.

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass or hack any security mechanisms.
  • Resell or redistribute the software without express written permission.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Listflow serves as an automation utility for third-party platforms (including Vinted, Tori, Tise, and Depop). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms.

While we implement advanced features to strictly adhere to platform rate limits and mimic safe navigation, you use Listflow at your own risk. Listflow is not liable for account suspensions, shadowbans, or other actions taken by third-party platforms.

6. Subscription and Billing

Some features of Listflow require a paid subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. GDPR Legal Bases for Processing

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Contract: to provide the service you requested.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure and improve the service.
  • Consent: for optional analytics and marketing where required.
  • Legal obligation: when required by applicable law.

8. GDPR Data Subject Rights

You may request to exercise your rights to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erase data ("right to be forgotten"), where applicable.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive a portable copy of your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (for consent-based processing).

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

10. International Transfers

If personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent lawful transfer mechanisms.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Listflow, nor its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or dashboard notifications.
