Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

1. Introduction

Listflow ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Listflow.

2. Information We Collect

When you use our browser extension and automation tools, we collect information that you provide to us directly, such as when you create an account, connect your marketplace accounts, or contact us for support.

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password.
  • Platform Data: Authentication tokens and session data strictly required to authorize cross-posting to platforms like Vinted, Tori, Tise, and Depop.
  • Usage and product analytics: We use PostHog on our website, web app, mobile app, and backend to measure how the service is used (for example page or screen views, in-app events, and errors). When you are signed in, events may be linked to a stable pseudonymous identifier tied to your account (the same id we use internally for your data). Where we enable it, PostHog may also record session replays on our web properties so we can reproduce bugs and improve the product; inputs are masked where we configure masking, and we do not use analytics to collect your marketplace passwords or payment card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect primarily to provide, maintain, and improve our services. Specifically, to:

  • Facilitate cross-platform posting and synchronization.
  • Protect your account from bans by simulating realistic delays.
  • Respond to your customer service requests.
  • Send you technical notices, updates, and security alerts.
  • Understand usage, diagnose failures, and improve reliability and features (including via PostHog analytics and, where enabled, session replay).

4. Analytics provider (PostHog)

PostHog acts as a processor on our instructions. We configure PostHog to use EU-based ingestion (eu.posthog.com / EU data infrastructure) for this product where applicable. PostHog's own terms and privacy documentation apply to how they operate the analytics platform: see posthog.com/privacy.

Depending on your choices and applicable law, analytics may rely on legitimate interests (service improvement, security) and/or consent where we ask for it (for example via our cookie banner for non-essential technologies on the web).

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Your platform credentials and cookies are encrypted and processed securely. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You can also revoke our access to your connected marketplaces directly from your dashboard.
