Cookie Policy

Last updated: April 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small pieces of text sent to your web browser by a website you visit. A cookie file is stored in your web browser and allows the Service or a third party to recognize you and make your next visit easier and the Service more useful to you.

2. How Listflow uses cookies

When you use and access the Listflow website and extension, we may place cookies in your web browser. We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • Essential cookies: Required to authenticate users and prevent fraudulent use of user accounts.
  • Preferences cookies: Used to remember information that changes the way the service behaves or looks, like your "remember me" functionality or language preference.
  • Analytics and product telemetry: We use cookies and similar storage (including local storage where needed) for product analytics—for example PostHog on our website and web app (and separate SDK storage in our mobile app)—and may use Google Analytics where configured. Where enabled, PostHog may also support session replay on our web properties to help us fix bugs and improve the product; see the Privacy Policy for details.
  • Extension / cross-posting: Our extension uses your active marketplace session cookies locally in your browser to authorize automated listing actions on your behalf. These tokens are not sent from your device unencrypted for tracking purposes.

3. Third-party cookies and tools

In addition to our own cookies, we use third-party services to run the product—including analytics providers such as PostHog (and Google Analytics where used)—which may set or read cookies or use device storage as described in their documentation. We may also use third-party cookies for marketing measurement where you have consented.

4. What are your choices regarding cookies

If you would like to delete cookies or instruct your web browser to delete or refuse cookies, please visit the help pages of your web browser. Please note, however, that if you delete cookies or refuse to accept them, you might not be able to use all of the features we offer, you may not be able to store your preferences, and some of our pages might not display properly.

5. More Information

For more information on how we handle user data, please see our Privacy Policy.
